White Bengal Tiger
The white bengal tiger can possibly be found in big cat rescues, but not in a cattery.
Their diet is varied from deer and cattle to frogs and fish. They eat a vast variety of foods, in great amounts. The habitat of the animals is located on the Mainland of Southeastern Asia and in central and southern India. The population of these animals has suffered a drastic fall over the last several decades. Massive deforestation and uncontrolled poaching have put the species on the brink of extinction. Despite massive crackdowns on poachers, statistics show that every day one animal is being killed in India.

White Bengal Tiger -
rescues, cattery
These animals are about 3 meters long and weigh about 180-285 kg (400-596 pounds.) Their coat lies flatter than that of the Siberian species, the tawny color is richer and the stripes are darker. They are also solitary animals and the male and female come together only during mating season. Females keep males at a decent distance from the young and are particularly aggressive during this time. Litters contain 3-5 cubs. These felines achieve puberty by 2-3 years of age. They are very agile, patient and strong animals. Wild species usually strive to avoid contact with humans, but they do not like to share and may attack if they consider a man as a threat for themselves or their young. The white bengal tiger can possibly be found in big cat rescues, but not in a cattery.
