Exotic For Sale

Prior to buying an exotic for sale, especially a baby animal, check the conservation status of the species. The young are very vulnerable to predators, as are lying or drinking animals. Over 60% of the young are killed by lions, leopards, cheetahs and men. Nowadays, there are few Giraffes left in the western part of Africa; most of the population is concentrated in Northeast Africa. Prior to buying an exotic for sale, especially a baby animal, check the conservation status of the species.

Giraffes are purely herbivorous, and they feed on tree leaves, twigs and tree bark. They spend about half their time searching for food. Females are protective around their calves, and they use their hooves against enemies, should anyone approach their calves. Prior to buying an exotic for sale, especially a baby animal, check the conservation status of the species.
