There are over 90 species of antelopes, which can be found all the way across Africa and the Middle East. They differ in appearance and size. For instance, the giant eland has 11-feet body, whereas the royal antelope is only 19 inches in length. All antelopes have horns and hooves; in some species, horns are twisted in spiral patterns. Antelopes may either live in large herds, in pairs or singly.
