Grey Wolf Photo

A grey wolf photo can be obtained from special galleries; no farm raises the babies of this species. Their population is larger in areas with abundant prey. Prey availability also influences the size of the pack. When larger prey like moose, caribou, elk or reindeer are plentiful, wolves will live in larger groups to allow pack hunting. These animals mate for life and have litters from 1 to 6 puppies. The puppies emerge from the den by the age of three weeks and are usually supervised by all the members of the pack. First, they are fed regurgitated meat and by the summer, they will be able to begin hunting. A grey wolf photo can be obtained from special galleries; no farm raises the babies of this species.
