Animal Photo Wolf

The animals have longer legs and bigger feet as compared to similar sized dogs. From the tip of the nose to the end of the tail, male animals measure between 1.5 to 1.9 meters (5 to 6.5 feet) and females measure between 1.3 and 1.8 meters (4.5 to 6 feet).

The animals are not picky eaters and use many different food sources. They are good hunters and have excellent eyesight and good nose. They can be colored: white, black, chestnut or gray and the animals of Canada's high arctic are white, or cream colored, and roughly one-third of northern Canada's wolves are black.
